Fixative Super has a mild, base-like odour of its own and is not meant to be noticed as a separate note. Its role is to hold other fragrance materials in a composition, slowing down how fast the lighter top and middle notes evaporate once applied.
Blend a small proportion of Fixative Super into the base of a perfume oil or attar mix, along with the other fragrance materials, and stir until evenly combined. It can also be dissolved along with the fragrance oil before adding to soap, cosmetic or candle bases.
